Smoking Cessation Clinic/Service Evaluation Tool (E-tool)
Our team has developed a validated Smoking Cessation Service Evaluation Tool (available online) which aims to evaluate quality and outcomes of existing smoking cessation services and to guide the start-up of new clinics. It serves the first step for regional authorities to develop an accreditation system for smoking cessation services. The E-tool has been tested by local and regional smoking cessation clinics and service providers in the WHO Western Pacific Region. It has also been adopted in China and deliberately promoted to other Southeast Asian countries.
