Dr Kelvin MP Wang was interviewed and featured in a press article entitled “Should all vaping options be banned?” published by the China Daily today (27 May 2019).

Dr Wang expressed concerns that the sleek design and the flavorings of electronic cigarettes are particularly attractive to young people, and that an age restriction would only prompt more adolescents to try these products. He supports for a total ban of these electronic cigarettes and other alternative tobacco products, including heated tobacco products, to prevent their uptake in young people and re-normalization of tobacco use.
